Early morning drive: Set out at 6:30 AM when predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs are most active Rhino Sanctuary: Spend the mid-morning inside the secure 48-square-kilometre Rhino Sanctuary to reliably view both black and white rhinos up close.Picnic lunch: Rest and have lunch under the shade of Doum palms along the banks of the Tana River Historical safari: Visit the gravesite of Elsa the Lioness and the former home of conservationists Joy and George Adamson Rare wildlife spotting: Keep an eye out for unique northern species like the Reticulated giraffe, Grevy's zebra, Somali ostrich, and the long-necked Gerenuk antelope
