How do I make a booking?

You can book directly through our website, via WhatsApp, or by emailing us. A 40% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 30 days before departure.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. 15-30 days receive 50% refund. Less than 15 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Digital payments,(wise), bank transfers, M-Pesa (for Kenyan residents),. Wire transfers are preferred for larger bookings.

Do I need a visa for Kenya?

Most visitors need a visa to enter Kenya. You can apply for an e-visa online at evisa.go.ke before travel. Visas on arrival are also available at major airports.

Are your guides certified?

Yes, all our guides are certified by the Kenya Professional Safari Guides Association (KPSGA) or the Mountain Guides Association. They undergo regular training in first aid, safety, and customer service.

What fitness level is required for Mount Kenya?

For Point Lenana (trekking peak), moderate fitness is sufficient. You should be able to hike for 6-8 hours with a daypack. For technical peaks like Batian, you need rock climbing experience and excellent fitness.

What should I pack for a safari?

Essential items include neutral-colored clothing (khaki, green, brown), comfortable walking shoes, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, binoculars, camera, and insect repellent. A detailed packing list is provided upon booking.

What climbing Gears List should i have for mountkenya

In order for you to have a successful climb in mountkenya you need to keep your body dry and protected from the sun or rain in comfortable weather conditions that you will find your self in. Proper kit list contributes to the success of your climb, for enjoyment, comfort and safety of your trip. Is travel insurance required?

Yes, travel insurance is mandatory for all tours. Your insurance must cover emergency evacuation, medical expenses, and trip cancellation. We can recommend reputable providers.

What vaccines are required for Kenya?

Yellow fever vaccination is required if arriving from an endemic country. Recommended vaccines include Hepatitis A, Typhoid, and Tetanus. Malaria prophylaxis is strongly recommended.

What is the best time to climb Mount Kenya?

The best times to climb Mount Kenya are during the dry seasons: January-February and July-October. These months offer the best weather conditions with less rainfall and clearer views.
