A steady uphill trek crossing the Ontulili and Likii North Rivers. You will hike into the expansive Mackinder’s Valley, where the towering main peaks become fully visible. Stay overnight at Shipton's Camp, nestled directly below the dramatic jagged peaks

Wake up at 2:30 AM for tea and biscuits, starting the steep summit push over loose scree by 3:00 AM. Reach Point Lenana by 6:30 AM to witness a spectacular sunrise over the Kenyan plains. After celebrating, descend back to Shipton's Camp for a hot breakfast, then continue down the valley to Old Moses Camp for your final night
