Overview
The add-on people ask for after a climb or a safari, and the reason so many East Africa trips end with a scramble to book something on the coast at the last minute. Four nights: one in Stone Town so you actually see the island's history, three on the north coast where the swimming is best at all states of the tide.
It runs as a standalone island holiday too, but it is priced and timed to follow a Serengeti safari or a Kilimanjaro summit — tell us which and we will line up the flight.

What to pack

Cancel more than 60 days out and the deposit is refunded less any non-recoverable permit, park or internal flight costs already paid on your behalf; between 60 and 30 days, 50% of the trip price; inside 30 days, 100%. We will always tell you exactly what has already been committed and why. Trips are quoted per person on a shared basis — the single supplement applies only if you want your own room or tent throughout.
