2 days-Tarangire National Park Camping Safari
Encounter massive elephant herds and ancient baobabs on an intimate 2-day safari along the Tarangire River.
Overview
A 2-day camping safari to Tarangire National Park is a fantastic choice for massive elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Because Tarangire is located relatively close to Arusha, a 2-day itinerary gives you ample time for multiple extensive game drives where elephant, lion, leopard, and over 550 bird species congregate, especially during the dry season (June-October). With far fewer crowds than the Serengeti, Tarangire delivers an intimate, authentic safari experience.while keeping travel times manageable

What to pack
Our packing list covers all 38 items worth carrying — why neutral colours matter, why binoculars are one pair per person, what we already provide, and the two things that are actually against the law to pack here.
Pack soft, not a hard suitcase — safari vehicle lockers and light-aircraft holds are an awkward shape.
