Attractions and wild life of tsavo east national park
These are the most common Kenyan animals you will see during your visit to Tsavo East National Park: Cape buffalo, cheetahs, duikers, African elephants, gazelles, gerenuks, giraffes, hares, hartebeests, hyenas, impalas, leopards, lions, mongoose, black faced vervet monkeys, Sykes’s monkeys, crested porcupines, giant rats, black rhinoceros, squirrels, warthogs, waterbucks, and zebra
Yatta Plateau– At 300 kilometers in length, the heat shimmering edge of yatta plateau is the longest lava flow in the world and an ornithological paradise
Mudanda Rock – This whale –backed Rock towers above a natural dam, which acts as a draw to thousands of Elephants. It is an excellent vantage point from which to survey the waters of the nature dam that lies at its foot and potently draws to it many hundreds of wallowing elephant. This area is a favorite leopard haunt, although daytime sightings are rare.

Flora and Fauna
Tsavo East consist mainly of vast savannah landscapes with acacia bushes and baobab trees. The fauna includes Commiphora, Thunbergia, Indigofera, Ipomoea, lilies and aloe. Before nightfall, start your 2-hour journey to Voi Gate, Tsavo East to avoid getting lost. During your stay, take it easy and unwind at the Voi Safari Lodge which has waterholes thereby attracting a good number of wildlife.
The topography of the Tsavo East is mainly flat with few herds of tusker elephants hence ideal for walking safaris and bird tours.
Day 1 – Tsavo East
Pick up from your Mombasa hotel or Airport in the morning drive to Tsavo East national pack which is renowned for its large numbers of elephants and the famous man eating lions Game en route Via Aruba Dam to Ashnil Aruba Camp. Check in and have lunch at your camp/lodge. In the afternoon, another game drive at the park later dinner and overnight at the Ashnil Aruba Camp
Day 2 – Amboseli
Early morning Breakfast ,After breakfast game en-route Leave Tsavo East for Amboseli National Park to arrive with a short game drive in time for lunch ,check in at Oltukai Lodge have lunch and rest .Afternoon game at The park which is famous for its scenery with a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, which dominates the landscape, and open plains. Dinner and overnight at your camp/Lodge.
Day 3 – Amboseli / Mombasa
Early morning breakfast game en-route drive out of Amboseli and head to Mombasa Lunch en-route at Voi lion hill camp after lunch proceed to your coastal hotel arriving in the late afternoon drop off at your respective hotel or Airport.
